Christine is an artist/maker working in a range of media and across fine art and crafting disciplines. She sells commissioned 'Gatestone' pieces inspired by nature and the landscape. Her current conceptual work involves a visual exploration of medical and scientific themes relating to links between the mind and body regarding mental health and personal identity. Additionally, Christine creates bespoke artwork for bands and hangings for stage-dressing projects in music festival venues. Other recent work includes mural painting, portraiture and rug making.

An enthusiastic learner committed to developing her own understanding and practice, Christine is also a qualified and experienced teacher and workshop facilitator with a proven track record in educational, community-based and heritage sector contexts.
